(By becoming a registered member of verein, you agree to comply with all terms, policies, and group guidelines)
- Each applicant (individual/family) is entitled to one vote in the MGS election procedures.
- Membership becomes active once the payment process is completed, and you will receive an email confirmation.
- The membership is not finalized until the payment process is finished.
- For family memberships, up to two adults are allowed. While providing information about children is optional, it is helpful when purchasing event tickets.
- Registered members should notify MGS of any changes in family status or number of children promptly.
- MGS may use photos taken during events on its website and social media.
- Membership fees is applicable for one year (membership period starts from the date of registration). Cancellation request during the course of year will not be subjected to any refunds.
- Membership renews automatically at the end of the subscription period.
- Please provide your WhatsApp number so we can add you to the MGS members WhatsApp group.
- If you wish to cancel your membership, please proceed to your PayPal account and deactivate the recurring payment option. This will cancel the payment for the upcoming membership cycle. Kindly inform us (info@mgs-ev.com) of this decision promptly so that we can also manage the cancellation from our end.
- If you intend to change your membership type from “Single” to “Family,” please first cancel your current membership and notify us (info@mgs-ev.com) of your intention. Subsequently, you may register again with the “Family” membership. Please be advised that we are unable to process refunds for membership fees associated with previous membership types.
- MGS event tickets are non-refundable once purchased. However, you are welcome to resell your ticket independently. Please note that MGS is not responsible for any resale transactions.
- MGS whatsapp group Guideline : Any business related announcements, marketing, advertisement or selling related messages are not allowed in MGS WhatsApp group. Admins of MGS group reserves the right to delete such messages.
